Packing & Shipping
Safe Ship Las VegasWe are here to help with all your packing & shipping needs! We can pack your items for you & give you the best shipping option through our affiliated couriers: USPS, Fedex & DHL.

Regular packing jobs are free, we only charge a reasonable fee for packages with special requirements, such as high-value &/or oversized items.

Cost varies per packing job, but we take the extra time & effort to make sure your special items are packed as safely as possible & reach their destination safely.We promise to work with your budget, to give you a great deal. We ship worldwide.

Drop-Off
Have a package that’s ready to go? Come on in & drop it off with us.We take all USPS, FedEx & DHL drop-offs. We do NOT charge for drop-offs.To make sure your mail/package goes out when you need it to, please take note of our scheduled pickup times:

USPS M-F 1:45 pm, SAT 11:30 amFedEx Express M-F 3-5 pm, SAT 1-2 pm
FedEx Ground M-F 3:30 pm, No Saturday Pickup
DHL By Schedule

Sorry we no longer accept UPS packages, these packages can be dropped off at the UPS store located right across the street in the Desert Marketplace complex

Get crisp, clear & vibrant photocopies & printouts at very low prices.

You can use our regular copy paper (letter or legal size), or your own specialty paper.Our printer can also reduce or enlarge your document or image as needed.

Scanning $0.15/page
Scan your photos or documents with usGet clear scans of your computer files as documents, photos & more saved in your own flash drive. We could also email them to you.

$20 – One-time Set Up FeeSafe MailTired of missing packages? Need a mailing or business address for your home-based business? Travel or work a lot & need help managing your mail?

For all these reasons & more, we offer private mailboxes for your convenience.Your mail & packages will be received & kept securely until you are ready to pick them up. We can even forward your mail to you wherever you are, whenever you need them.* Access to your private mailbox is available during our store hours:M-F 9 am – 5:30 pm
SAT 9 am – 2 pm

* Requirements:
– 2 valid IDs, 1 with photo such as a Driver’s License or Passport
– Signed & completed form & agreement

*We can accept packages & standard mail for you. For packages that don’t fit in your mailbox, a notice for the oversized package will be left in your mailbox. Simply hand us the notice, & we will hand you your package/s.

Due to space limitations, please advise us before having oversized packages as pallets & crates shipped to your mailbox. Depending on the size &/or number of packages, we may or may not be able to accommodate them.

For added security, private mailbox holders are required to sign the logbook when picking up oversized package/s.

Temporary or Short-Term Storage
Temporary or Short-Term StorageIf you don’t need a mailbox but need a package or important piece of mail kept safe for you temporarily or on a short-term basis, below are our fees:
1st 3 days (date received + 2 days)Small Packages – $2.00/package
Medium to Large Packages – $5.00/package* After the 3rd day, charges are applied per day.

Help us save the environment! If you have any old boxes, packing materials or shipping supplies that you do not want to go to waste, please feel free to drop them off at the store. We recycle/reuse as much as we can.

Safe Ship customers are always welcome to use any of our recycled boxes to ship their stuff, at no extra charge 🙂
